Bluebill Advisors publishes the Gilbane Report, organizes the Gilbane Conferences on Content Management Technologies, and serves as advisor to the XML & e-business Integration Forum and Documation events in France. Frank serves on the board of directors of APT (Art Plus Technology), a Boston-based firm specializing in communications strategies, information delivery, and document processing solutions for the financial industry. Frank is also on the board of the Content Management Professionals Association (CM Pros), and serves on the advisory board of the University of Washington iSchool Content Management Systems (CMS) Evaluation Lab .
Frank is also a Managing Partner at Lighthouse Seminars LLC, and StrataData Partners, LLC . Lighthouse Seminars produces Gilbane events, and StrataData Partners works with small and medium sized information technology companies to collect, interpret, and deploy essential operating data and information to inform, improve and implement business decisions and strategic plans.
Before founding Bluebill Advisors Frank was with the market research and consulting firm CAP Ventures, Inc. (CAPV), an Inc. 500 company in both 1997 and 1998. Frank joined CAP Ventures as a corporate officer and member of the Board of Directors in 1994 when CAPV acquired his company. While at CAPV he was the founding Director of the Dynamic Content Software Strategies service.
Frank was the founder and former president of Publishing Technology Management, Inc., a founder of the French firm TechnoForum SARL, co-founder of the Documation conferences, and founder of the Gilbane Report . In the early eighties he held various positions in software development, marketing, and senior management at Texet Corporation and Quadex Corporation.
